Saint Julia Parish offers a faith formation opportunity entitled Why Catholic? for adults to explore the richness of their Catholic faith, deepen their relationship with Christ and share more fully in the mission of the Church.
October 2015 – LIVE: Christian Morality
We will finish out Why Catholic this fall with the second half of “Live” beginning the week of October 4, 2015. This is the final series of Why Catholic so if you’ve been thinking of trying out a group, this is your last shot! This series will delve into the command to “Live” out your faith by exploring the Beatitudes and the Ten Commandments as guides for Christian living. In discussion with other adults, you will come to a greater understanding of how to make moral decisions and form your conscience as well as grapple with obstacles that keep us from doing “the right thing” in life.
