2014-2015 Spring Registration
Spring Registration runs from Sunday, March 23rd to Sunday, June 1st.
- To re-register your child, pick up your Family envelope at the Parish Center.
- To register a new child, print 2014-2015 New Child Packet, complete the form with all student information and select 2014-2015 grade, day & location.
- Family Information is needed only on your oldest child’s form.
- Review and sign the Child Safety Opt Out Form.
- We encourage each parent to participate in Faith Formation, please complete the Volunteer Opportunities Form
Place all completed forms and payment in an envelope and dropped it off in the Parish Center or in the Religious Education mailbox (outside, between the Rectory & Parish Center).
2014-2015 New Child Packet contains all forms.
