All are invited to join together and discuss the serious issues confronting the church, immersed again in the scandal of abuse and cover up. Our discussion will take place in the Parish Center Hall on Tuesday, September 18th at 7:00PM.

PROTECTING GOD’S CHILDREN AWARENESS SESSION Sunday, September 30th 12:30 to 3:00 Good Shepherd Parish: Saint Ann Church Hall
The session provides information about identifying the risk factors for potential abuse, recognize warning signs and how to implement strategies for maintaining a safe environment for our children. The program is an updated DVD based program that is supplemented with written materials and small group discussion. There is no cost to attend and a light lunch will be offered starting at 12 noon. The Child Abuse Prevention Team of Good Shepherd Parish (Kathy Curtin, Dorothy Kennedy and Susan Mazor) has been trained to serve as facilitators by the Ofϐice of Child Advocacy of the Archdiocese of Boston.
