DON’T DO LENT ALONE!
Join a Lenten Small Group Today
Have you tried to pray more or read Scripture for Lent, only to fall short of your goal? A small group gives us supportive and encouraging communities that can make your Lent much more meaningful. Why not give it a try? There are no teachers in small groups. Trained students/parishioners facilitate conversations.
The groups will:
- Discuss life and faith, and/or continue to focus on the topic of racial justice
- Reflect on God’s Word together – applying the Sunday readings to daily life
- Seek God together
- Pray for and with one another
Do you have an interest in leading, forming or joining a group? Please contact Colm McGarry.
Do you have a passion for eco-justice?
St. Mary’s in Holliston will be offering the Sacred Land program via Zoom, beginning on Sunday, February 20, 2022; program sessions will run from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Contact Leo Racine at 508-429-7476 or leoaracine@msn.com for more information or to register. There is no cost to participate in this program, however, participants will be responsible for obtaining the reading materials required (about $50); some materials are available on the Internet for free or may be available in your local library.
Hope to see you in a small group! All are welcome!
