Prepare for the Coming of Christ: ADVENT Prayer Meditations Offered at 7pm in St. Julia Church
December 7, 13, and 19th
At this time of year, our world can become cluttered with hyperactivity, and gift giving, and mandated responsibilities, sometimes to the point of exhaustion.
As Catholic Christians, Advent calls us to prayerfully remember what God has done for God’s people through the centuries, as we once again prepare to celebrate the birth of the Messiah in a stable in Bethlehem.
St. Julia parish invites you to set aside time to pray about this as we work our way through Advent.
To help us focus this Advent Season, Deacon Phil will be offering a series of Advent Meditations at St. Julia Church, at 7pm of the following days:
• Wednesday, December 7,
• Tuesday, December 13, and
• Monday, December 19
These prayers will be based on the Meditations contained in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius.
Won’t you join us?
