Faith Formation Registration

This 2022-2023 year, registration for in-person Faith Formation classes at St. Julia church can be completed in two ways:

• Pick up a hard copy from the FF office, or:

• Download and print: Faith Formation Registration 2022-2023

• Complete the form (include each child) and attach with your check payment (by mail) or with cash (in person drop-off)*

*In order to guarantee placement, completed registrations must be received in the Faith Formation Office by Sunday, September 18th. Students will not be considered fully registered until full payment has been received.
